There are now three key aspects to reproduction in the CCNZ movement:
Developing leaders within our churches who go on to serve in our churches is essential. We believe new leaders are amongst us. Our new accreditation pathway will identify and bring these leaders through. Our accreditation pathway initiative is akin to apprenticeship, embracing academic, practical, and character factors. It recognises gifting particular to leadership, and is appropriate for ‘Evident’ Leaders through to Senior Pastors.

Church Planting
We are developing a deliberate process to assist churches embarking on new Church Planting. As a movement we believe in Church planting.
Attract
We want to attract existing, independent churches to our movement; this is how our movement began in the 1800’s We can confidently stand and present what we are doing as attractive to other churches in New Zealand.
