Christian Churches New Zealand is governed by a body known as the National Leadership Team. This team has key authority on behalf of all of the churches and ministries within Christian Churches New Zealand to oversee the consolidated affairs of Conference and provide leadership to the movement. As a team, and together with the National Director and other staff, it leads the future directions impacting Christian Churches New Zealand.
